Information and Communications Technology
ICT is taught as a discreet subject in Years 8, 9 and 10 covering a range of activities which develop their skills and capabilities. The pupils are taught the necessary requirements for Using ICT across the curriculum.
Subject areas are required to identify, in their schemes of work, where they use ICT to enhance skills and learning. UICT is assessed as one of the statutory cross-curricular skills and is reported on using Levels of Progression.
GCSE ICT
Pupils may choose to study GCSE ICT at KS4.

Year 12 Pupils participate in Online Course
Year 12 GCSE ICT pupils are participating in a 10 week ICT course on a VLE.
Pupils visited SEELB for their first F2F and then they will complete their lessons at home using the VLE.
